Gas Network Operative Apprenticeship
Course overview
Gas network operatives work within the gas transportation industry, part of the utilities sector. They construct, maintain and repair gas network infrastructure, to provide a reliable supply/service to the end user.
Delivery and Assessment
- Delivered via block release at Burn Hall.
- The End Point Assessment (EPA) is expected to take place in the final 3 months of the apprenticeship.
- Apprentices must pass this to complete their apprenticeship and become a fully qualified operative.
- The EPA consists of a practical assessment, an interview and a multiple-choice test.
- Grades of pass and distinction are available.
