Catherine is the HR and Employee Relations Director at the Electrical Contractors’ Association (ECA), appointed in February 2025. She has over 20 years’ experience in people management and employee relations, having previously served as Head of Employee Relations at the ECA for four years. Catherine has also held senior HR roles at Imperial College London and Transport for London, focusing on workforce engagement and organisational development. She has been a member of the Joint Industry Board (JIB) for the past three years and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD (MCIPD), as well as a qualified mediator, bringing a wealth of expertise in employee relations, leadership and governance to JTL’s Board.
