“Each winner exemplifies the very best of our training programmes, and I have no doubt they’ll continue to excel as they progress in their careers now they have completed their qualification. We look forward to seeing the winners come together at our National Awards ceremony in June where the JTL Apprentice of the Year will be announced.”

JTL’s awards scheme assesses each nominee against four key elements which make up the apprenticeship framework – their practical work onsite, theoretical knowledge, key skills and industrial test scores.
