JTL’s fully refurbished London South centre offers a professional, purpose-built training environment where apprentices in both the electrical and plumbing industries can thrive. Designed to meet the evolving needs of today’s apprentices, the centre combines modern facilities with expert-led teaching to create an ideal setting for skills development and career progression. Located right on Orpington High Street, the centre is easily accessible via excellent public transport links, close to all local amenities, making it a convenient place to learn.
What You’ll Find at our Centre
The London South centre features brand-new, industry-standard workshops for both electrical and plumbing apprenticeships, alongside seven spacious classrooms designed for focused learning. The centre also includes a separate exam room, a dedicated End Point Assessment (EPA) training space, and an apprentice breakout area equipped with kitchen facilities, creating a comfortable and supportive learning environment.
Our team of expert tutors bring a wealth of industry experience and are committed to helping each learner succeed. With a focus on personalised support, they guide and mentor apprentices through every stage of their training journey.
To support every aspect of an apprentice’s journey, you will also find dedicated Functional Skills tutors on-site, providing tailored support in English and maths to help learners build confidence and meet the requirements of their apprenticeship.

Enrolment & Training Pattern
Courses at the London South centre have intakes in both September and January. Training is delivered via a day-release model, allowing apprentices to work alongside attending structured weekly sessions that blend theory with hands-on experience.
