People with different backgrounds and beliefs can create a healthy working culture. To support everyone, a company needs to approach equality and diversity proactively. A diverse workforce can give a company a leading edge in competition and in difficult economic times.
JTL continues to strive to increase participation in its training courses from under-represented groups such as females, ethnic minority groups, people with disabilities as well as other under-represented groups. Work in this area, was recently positively acknowledged by OFSTED, as well as being recognised as Equality Champions by LSIS.
JTL has also received external accreditation for Equality by Equality Accreditation Services to the presitigious GOLD award standard.
